A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is submitted to the outside provider that delivers that result function. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them only to respond or address the request.

Routine hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for reliability and usage trends. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.

Public records controlled by Massachusetts state, county, or city custodians are outside our control. Vital-record disclosure follows M.G.L. c.46, §2A; confidential voter records, court impoundment, and the Address Confidentiality Program under M.G.L. c.9A and 950 CMR 130 have separate protections.
